Soon after he came to office, we were hit with what they called the "Clinton Gore recession" (Oops, just missed him).
Then when we found out there were no WMDs in Iraq, we heard that Clinton thought he had them too (That was a close one).
When Buxh's initial tax cuts failed to turn around Clinton's failed economy, we learned that it was because Clinton didn't stop bin Laden before 9/11 (missed again).
During his second term when the economy continued to flounder, it was because of Nancy Pelosi and her job killing legislation (Who can't blame a woman for something?).
When the stock market crashed in 2008, it was because of some vague doings by Barney Frank years earlier when no one was looking (ducked another one).
