1. Obama's the debonair cowboy, for sure.
but, I do have to hand it to Raygun on this particular score--he did look more comfortable in his. Hollywood conditioning, I'm sure. ;)

Maybe it's because it's 2011, so people driving horse-drawn carriages down the freeway look stupid, too. But like I said; I don't know why that is, nor was I speculating as such.
