If the Trickle Down principle worked, it would be working today because of the great tax breaks that these corporations get. But on top of the tax breaks, we're also giving them public inducement money? Why don't we pick out the corporations that do not pay taxes, and find out if the trickle down effect is working for them. If it is not, then why can't we use it as an illustration for the Republican model's failure?
On top of that, if they need public money on top of the tax break, it should be another example that the Trickle Down Effect does not work.
Why doesn't someone keep track of corporations and see if they're delivering? If they are not, then we should take the money back through higher taxes and no more public assistance for corporations. Let the government create the jobs in a direct way so they can get around pinheaded Republican governors.
