Ryan's 'communications problem' -- people understand all too well
I hope people are 'getting it" but will not count on it!

Ryan's 'communications problem' -- people understand all too well

The Hill reports:

Rep. Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) said Wednesday that Republicans are running into a "communications challenge" in selling their 2012 budget proposal to Americans.

Ryan, the chairman of the House Budget Committee who authored the 2012 budget, acknowledged the GOP faces obstacles but pushed back against the notion that it is losing a communications battle against Democrats, who have assailed Ryan's proposal to significantly reform Medicare.

"I wouldn't say we're losing the communications battle -- but we have a great communications challenge," the Wisconsin Republican said on Fox News

The "challenge" is that people understand all too well what he's proposed, and they really don't like it.

1. Right, I can see how selling slow poisoning to potential victims can be a "challenge".

Their "message" is "We're basically going to screw you and yours, alleviate the suffering of the poor rich people, ensure you live on Tuna Helper and dog food in your 70s, and . . . well, shut up and deal with it, that's why."

There's even footage of their representatives laughing at them. Or brazen like former Real World guy Sean Duffy: "When you get YOUR town hall, you can make YOUR presentation". Uh, Town Halls do this little thing we call "give and take", asshat.
