IDEAS. Ideas are more powerful (I didn't say important) than the people who spread them?!

I'm just 'thinking out loud' here. Perhaps this should go to the lounge (and mods please move if you think so).....

But I recently had an exchange with an "internet soul" (hey, now THAT's something to consider ~ a disembodied PERSON ~ with their lives, wants, needs, desires, caveats, whom I've never met/nor will likely ever meet) right here on the internet. We're having an exchange of IDEAS and then 'all of a sudden' this person thinks I'm attacking THEM!

That's not even 'logical'. I can't attack them. I don't even know *them*....AT ALL!

*IDEAS* ... now that's a different matter. Debating, discussing ideas on the internet w/o being able to put all of *that other stuff* that we're not able to MAKE JUDGEMENTS FROM is truly fascinating. (i.e., you're rich/poor, too fat, too thin, you're HOT, you're NOT, GEEK, NERD, too old, too young, you drive a 'beater'/Mercedes).

Interesting times.
