You know ? .... Dems had the bully pulpit, and didnt use it, allowing the Reps to misdirect the blame for their own failures onto the Dem congress, even though the Dems had zero power ....

You dont lose these kinds of battles easily - You have to work hard to sit there, looking dumb and being mute, while the criminals who caused the crime in the first place declare publicly how they will convict the victims as soon as they get into the courtroom ...

Gotta hand it to the dems ..... they snatched defeat from the jaws of victory ...

Lots of name calling and finger pointing, but not much more except for spending cuts. What's worse, I predict that most of the concessions made to pass legislation will be made by our guys.

The next two years are not going to be fun.
