When the Tea Starts Turning Cold in the Cup----good news for a change

Reporting from inside my frozen bunker (you know it as the state of Maine). Remember we got the teabag asshole governor (got 38% of the vote---we tend to eat ourselves up here)? And for the first time since early 60's got the repukes in control of both sides of the legislature-----well, guess what?

Their fist full of "abortion" bills did not make it out of committee. Their bills to take away bargaining rights for all unions (make this a right to work state)are just lying there because no one, literally will touch them----newspaper reports they are scared shitless because of Wisconsin (and the like)and scared of the unions! They voted against the bill to basically allow child labor here with longer hours and less than minimum pay, etc. that business wanted. They refused to allow our governor to sell poison baby bottles (only 3 votes for between two houses) and now gov is throwing a hissy fit, refusing to sign the bill and just let it become law.

Oh, and in a special Senate election, the Dem won 68 to 32. Seat was held by a Dem who only won by 70 votes before.

Now, they did just kiss Anthem's ass which may be the reason they got in. But, the Tea Party and the Heritage Foundation are not happy. The tea is getting cold (oh, and in 2012 the tea is going to be thrown out here)!

Tea-parties are baby stuff.
