Jacksonville FL mayoral race separated by 603 votes. Recount certain
Alvin Brown (D) is leading Mike (Friend of Rick) Hogan (R) by 603 votes after yesterday's vote. There are 1600 provisional ballots to count today and a recount is almost certain if no side conceeds.

Here's where we find out if it's a fair system.

1. I hope Brown maintains his lead.
This is a notable change for Jacksonville, isn't it?

2. Well, now. We'll see if Jeb can pull his candidate out of the fire.

It's time for friends of Mike "bombing an abortion clinic might cross my mind" Hogan to step forward.

It certainly can't hurt Mr. Hogan's chances of pulling off a *miraculous win* that this is John Thrasher's neck of the woods, either.
