SHAME on Waukesha: Protest for Election Integrity - Friday May 20

A Public Protest is planned for Tomorrow, May 20 at 1:00 PM
Location: Waukesha County Courthouse - 515 West Moreland Boulevard

We have been painfully watching the anomolies and poor practices in the recount in Waukesha County. The chain of custody violations are so egregious and unacceptable that we have to DEMAND a higher standard of enforcement. Right now, the GAB is making light of the whole issue, in the name of "counting the votes". Whose votes are really in a bag that has duct tape on it or a bag that is open 8 inches at the top? (ballots are 6 3/4")This is UNACCEPTABLE. There is no ACCOUNTABILITY when the chain of custody is not ENFORCED and taken seriously. Please come and let Waukesha know that we are watching them, and THIS WILL NOT STAND!!!

I can't go. I was there earlier in the week for 2 days - wish they would have held it then. I even had my protest sign and garb in the car from last week's MAdison protest! I was tempted to protest alone - walk back and forth in front of the courthouse with my sign - but was too tired and not feeling feisty enough to go it alone.
