Woman reports dozens of dead birds in her yard (KY)
http://www.wpsdlocal6.com/news/local/Woman-reports-dozens-of-dead-birds-in-her-yard-112830524.html

GILBERTSVILLE, Ky. — Near her car, a dead bird. A quick walk to her mailbox, another. Scattered across her front yard, a local woman discovered dozens of dead birds.

"I've never seen anything like it. Never," Sandy said of the discovery.

Sandy, who asked we not share her last name, first noticed the birds several days ago but cleaned them up, not thinking twice.

"I have outdoor pets and just assumed they were bringing them from around the neighborhood."

(end snip)

OK, so documented reports now in Arkansas, Louisiana, and now Kentucky.

Gilbertsville, KY is about 125 miles NW of Nashville.

1. I've already heard whack fundie xians calling this an end time prophecy
but in my opinion, the true cause is something far more real and far less paranormal.

2. Gee...Looks like another "Storm" or "Fireworks" or ...wait a minute...

...Aliens...that's it...Aliens!
Mighty funny that in all the years of 4th of July fireworks the birds seemed to be alright...
plus the fact that thunderstorms occur daily...here in Florida... and those pesky birds were just fine.

On Edit: Now I think about it,,,After a Fireworks show (and I mean HUGE ones) I've never seen dead birds or Dead birds after one of our gigantic lightning storms...

I still say...it's something to do with pollution..probably water....or food.

3. Heard it all - storm, fireworks, poison.
Then there's all those floating drum fish incident that everyone keeps saying is completely unrelated to the suicidal birds.

Don't even know if we'll get the real truth out of any of these incidences.

4. the first die off was around
the old Ft. Chaffee (Agent Orange, White and Purple chemical "dump") with the largest die off and then south and then east. Very interesting. Okay, horrifying.

5. Are you talking about a recent event. at Ft. Chaffee? I live in Ft. Smith
and work in the Ft. Chaffee area and I'm not aware of a die off around here.

10. Ozark is about 40 miles NE of Fort Chaffee. Ozark is right on the Arkansas River while

Ft. Chaffee is near the river upstream, but not right on the river.

Beebe, AR, where the birds fell from the sky is about 160 miles to the SE of Fort Chaffee, just for a little perspective.

13. I got my mass creature die off confused
Edited on Tue Jan-04-11 02:10 PM by WhiteTara
it's rather easy since we had two in a couple of days from one another. Ozark is where the paper says 100,000 drum fish died.
http://www.nydailynews.com/news/national/2011/01/03/2011-01-03_100000_drum_fish_die_in_arkansas_river_more_than_100_miles_from_site_of_bizarre_.html

It would rather follow that the fish die off would be down river, not upstream. So, that doesn't really hold. All so strange. No, I don't think it's the end of the world in that way, but we may be killing ourselves off with great abandon.

edit for typos.

There must be some common denominator. Scared to death?
