I'm MAD AS HELL and I'm NOT going to take this anymore!

A shoutout to our brothers who are fighting off the fascism trying to crush out freedom in Wisconsin, and throughout the rest of the country, stand up, and yell! I'm MAD AS HELL! And I'm not going to take anymore!

1. What does "Not going to take it anymore" mean?

I have seen posts like this before, and for all I can see, it just means the poster is angry and is going to make a post on DU which will get him/her a lot of back-patting and then issue is closed for the poster.

Are you just going to get up and shout...and then sit down and be quiet....or do something else?
