4. Indicted on all charges. I expect DSK to plead guilty for a lesser sentence.
He'll probably get a 5 year minimum and a 2.5 year early out.

If he takes it to trial he will get the max.

13. His trial will take place in New York...they're trying to sway public opinion
to his side because "she's a Muslim". Get the crowds rabid against her and they'll have trouble seating a jury.

there was another article about a civil lawsuit. her lawyer said it had not been talked about, was not a consideration. yet there was a huge ass article about all the people she could see

Who said anything about a burqua? She wears a headscarf (although both pictures I've seen of her, she didn't have one on). And the answer to your question would be no - you cannot testify with your face covered - not in NY.

My sister-in-law is Muslim, she sometimes wears a scarf (niqab) that covers half of her face. I'm asking a legal question and I'm not sure you're the one to answer it.

Just your legal background.

For the record, my sister-in-law used to wear a niqab all the time, she no longer does. I'm not sure whether wearing the niqab is culturally or religiously required, if required at all. I just thought it was an interesting question and could (if not already decided) become an issue in the trial.

I think he did it but I think there's a non-zero chance there's more to it than meets the eye.

How did someone in the opposition party to him in France know he was being arrested before the NYPD announced it, only 19 minutes after the arrest?

That doesn't make a lot of sense to me.
