1. There were a lot of "legal claims" thrown about by both sides...
among DUers discussing. I will be interested to read the decision, if any detail is provided.

2. Based on the evidence provided by Rahm to the board I didn't see
any other outcome. I really, really, really, really wanted Rahm to be declared ineligible.

But when the board went to his house and opened the space below the house and saw all of Rahm's belongings I couldn't see them ruling against him.

The man lived there before moving to DC with Obama. It would have been a horrible signal if he was prevented from running.
