Blago lawyers plan to call Emanuel to testify (remember he's now da mayor)

More drama happening with Dem's here in Chicago:

Rod Blagojevich's defense is coming into shape with plans for Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel to be among the first witnesses called on Wednesday, and for the former governor to take the stand in his own defense at his corruption retrial.

A source with knowledge of the situation said Emanuel has been told to prepare to testify.

Also among the scheduled early witnesses at the Dirksen U.S. Courthouse is also U.S. Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr., who could be called to testify about allegations Blagojevich considered an offer of campaign cash from Jackson supporters in exchange for his appointment to the Senate... more at:

I'm guessing Emmanuel is clean and blago is a bit nuts. Have to wait and see.
