2. We discuss bullshit here all the time.
This is not LBN. If we restricted GD to 'things that are factual' 90% of the posts here would disappear. Actually that is not a bad idea.

5. In a way, it actually is
Although I would substitute "nature" for God. Ten years ago scientists were saying that global climate change would cause more frequent and more severe storms. Since it is the GOP who denies the reality of climate change, voteing for them is contributing to the problem. If we don't get away from coal for electricity and oil for fuel we are going to cook this planet beyond the point of no return.
