Republicans NEVER apologize for what they say. I can't recall ever hearing an apology from a Republican talk show host like, Limbaugh any of them. Is it just me?

As a woman, I'm not quite sure why you think it's okay to call a woman a slut. If you didn't tolerate that kind of slur, perhaps we wouldn't be facing degrading things to women such as forced marriages, genital mutilation, honor killings, or the erosion of abortion rights. If women are sluts, why should anyone care about them?

I don't buy your "that's the problem with society now." Society begins with being civilized. Even to people with whom we disagree.
