I was sorry Ed said that, and I'm glad he apologized. Laura Ingraham has said some pretty vile things on her show about democrats though, not that she deserved to be called a slut, but I hope this is a wakeup call to her to be more careful with her language as well.

And Laura Ingraham is the enemy, as anyone here with enough neurons to form a synapse understands.

When the Republicans say something out of line, do you see them apologizing? No, they just give the finger.

As we should to them. All an apology would do is serve to put Ed on a perp-walk of ritual humiliation. The demand for an apology is not sincere, the supposed forgiveness after the apology, if he gets it, is also insincere, and the only purpose of the apology ritual is to humiliate.

Fuck that shit.

16. the apology isn't for her
It's for all the women he degenerated by using such a gender biased slur. Amazing how people can figure this out so easily when it comes to racist slurs or sexual orientation slurs or ageist slurs, etc. but can't seem to understand gender biased slurs particularly those that are reserved for women.

If you think we should behave in such a foul and offensive manner as Republicans we may as well just BE Republicans. What's the difference?
