What's With The Supreme Court Justices Roberts & Scalia Cozying Up ......
to Boehner and the Repugs? Are the Repugs trying to send Obama a message that they have the Legislative Branch in their pocket?

Can these justices show partiality? I thought they had to remain neutral or at least give the impression that they are neutral. They are tossing it in our faces.

4. Yes - That changed our country
Now apparently a partisan judicial is openly acceptable.

6. The USSC is the judicial, not legislative branch of govt.
House & Senate are the legislative branch.

I agree, these justices are failing to remain apolitical and neutral, and openly in-your-face about it. Thomas would be cozying up also, but evidently the GOP is ignoring him.

7. The Message is That the Democrats Do Not Get a "Nuclear Option" in the Senate
That option is only open to the Republicans.

Since there has been some talk about Senate rules reform with regards to the filibuster,
Scalia wants to make it perfectly clear that the Supreme Court will rule against us if we do.

He does not even pretend to be fair. He doesn't have to.

8. "Every time a bell rings
an angel gets his wings." Every time Congressional Democrats vote to confirm Republican-selected nominees for the Supreme Court the Nation, Constitution, Democracy and Justice get dry f-d up the rear end.

9. I think the only real change is that we're hearing more about it now.

Maybe they're just cozying more openly?

10. I'm not aware of any requirement for Justices to be apolitical
It sucks and hopefully their actions will rise to an impeachable offense *and* the will to impeach will be in the house.
