Tokyo, June 1: Tokyo Electric Power Corporation (TEPCO) has said that an oil spill and a small explosion took place at Japan's Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant, but assured that it has caused limited damage. snip

TEPCO spokesman Taichi Okazaki said that explosion at reactor No. 4 was likely to have taken place because of a gas leak, and assured that it did not cause any additional radiation leak.

However, he said that the cause of the explosion is being investigated.
