UN passes resolution to use ‘all necessary measures’ to bring democracy to FIFA
The UN has stepped into the crisis at FIFA by backing a resolution to use ‘all necessary measures’ to bring democracy to the world governing body.

Security Council Resolution 1982 was passed with a 13-0 vote in favour with only two countries, Russia and Qatar, abstaining.

A spokesperson for the UN said, “This is about bringing free and open elections to FIFA. For too long it has been run as a one-party dictatorship with no real choice being offered to the voters. It is absolutely not about regime change.”

The chairman of the FA said, “It is absolutely about regime change. The problem is Sepp Blatter and until he’s gone there’s no hope of changing FIFA for the better.”

2. Will they get involved in the other corrupt international
sports associations?
The real problem for global sport is that sport is now a billion dollar business and is still treated like an institution promoting those bogus 'positivist' concepts and of course nationalist flag-waving. In reality the fight is about broadcast rights, the sports industry and sponsors and men will do anything to get their share of those profits.

Capitalist governments need to explain to their citizens why they would spend 30 million pounds just to bid to host the world cup so that the private sector can cash in and taxpayers are left with the debt.
And just how does a country with under two million people win the bid without sharing out piles of money?

3. Fifa Asks Kissinger To Stamp Out 'Corruption'
After being re-elected to the Fifa presidency, Sepp Blatter is turning to a former US Secretary of State to help investigate problems within the governing body.

Blatter has called upon Henry Kissinger to be on a 'Solution Committee' to advise on transparency and corporate governance.

7. Sepp Blatter is infallible like the Pope, says FIFA
FIFA has solemnly declared that Sepp Blatter is at one with the Holy Spirit, immune from wrongdoing and incapable of sin.

Blatter had been accused of allowing corruption to go unchecked within the organisation but FIFA has proclaimed that a blasphemy and his accuser has now been eternally damned with excommunication.

“The Holy Spirit descends upon all our presidents on the night of their election,” a FIFA spokesman confirmed, “so Mr Blatter is utterly infallible and totally without sin”

“That may seem like a drawback when it comes to leading an organisation as corrupt as ours but it seems to work just fine for the Catholic Church, don’t you think?”
