voucher. Whether or not it is actually redeemable and the quality of the rifle is your problem.

15. Well it's like this...our side wants healthcare/medicare/quality education etc...
to which there side always responds with some plan that requires a voucher of some sort. So I'd like to replace what they want with vouchers to see how well that would go over. It's a little nutty I know, but it's how I get through the day.
