He should just come out and deny he has syphilis.

Of course, a liar's word could never be taken a face value.

So Breitbart's denying he has syphilis would have to be backed up by medical records, and testimonials from people who had sex with him and did not contract syphilis.

Of course, the doctor would have to be reputable, and proof the medical records were not forgeries would have to be provided.

The persons testifying to sexual relations would have to prove they actually had sex with Breitbart, by providing identifying details, physical and preferential, and of course, they would have to prove with records from reputable doctors they did not actually have syphilis.
