I still don't mind if Romney wins the nomination.
I'd rather Obama face a closer election with a RINO than have a nut like Bachmann or Palin even get the opportunity for an outside chance at winning the presidency.

2. Frankly, I think Romney would only make it marginally closer than a Palin/Bachmann...
He's a flip-flopper whose record as governor is subpar and, worst of all, he doesn't have a huge support base. He's not like Palin, Bachmnann or even Cain - who have devoted, energized supporters.

My guess is that Romney would have a hard time energizing the base to get out to support him. He'd be a lot like George H.W. Bush in 1992 and Bob Dole in 1996.

3. I don't know...the thought of him winning, pulling up to the White House...
dog strapped to roof of the car....Naw, don't want that trauma...
