5. Distributed Denial Of Service.
It's a way of attacking a website to take it offline. It's what Anonymous did to Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, etc.

17. My guess is it's nothing nefarious
A bunch of them flocked over there to gloat on their day of "victory" and just crashed the server, which Rimjob hasn't bothered to upgrade because he knows they are perfectly content with a site that never improves or changes.

Why spend the money from the fund-raisers on the actual site when you can pocket it instead? It's the Republican way.
