Unless Breitbart and the Kochs have a perfect replica of Weiner, it looks bad. If they STOLE the pictures, Weiner should be having a press conference now. He should be shouting from every mountaintop. But he isn't.

He also sent a second pic to the same woman on May 5. The second photograph was allegedly posted after the woman asked Weiner to confirm that he was taking photographs as the two spoke online and via email. It shows a close-up of Weiner holding a piece of paper scribbled with the word "Me" with an arrow pointing up at his face as he held it below his face.

There has yet been no denial from Weiner that he sent these photos from his Blackberry via his own email account. He pulled out of the NYC Israel Day Parade yesterday.

Not good at all.

Let Weiner defend himself conclusively. The new pics and accusations are pretty damning.

I knew when he hemmed and hawed over the first pic that more were coming.

It would have been a simple thing at that point to own up to it and say "It's something I send to my wife to let her know I'm thinking of her". Cute, funny, a private matter, no big deal. Problem is he probably wasn't sending it to his wife.

Rule of thumb, If a picture isn't fit to post on your congressional homepage don't take it and certainly don't post, sext or otherwise transmit it to anybody.
