Wiener is a dope for flirting on-line, and then lying about it, but if we let the GOP use this kind of thing to win elections, like we did in 2000, we on the left must be too stupid to be allowed to vote.

AW is an ass. His wife should kick the crap out of him, maybe even divorce him. But we can not let his stupid actions allow the GOP to gain ground.

He's not indispensable, unlike Clinton when he was in the midst of his worst problems. I think he should go and be replaced by another strong Democrat.

His piccadillos don't offend me in the least. Once again, it's the cover-up that causes the problem. He let this drag on for 10 days for nothing -- and in the meantime no one's paying attention to the real story: Clarence Thomas. And Weiner's never going to have the same ability to attack him that he had before.

What he and Chris Lee did is closer to the flasher in the raincoat, or the guy on the beach who drops his trunks in front of a group of girls, but still it's not that awful.

I mean, if he had just sent it to randoms who he had never talked to before yea..that's flasher creepy style..

Flirting and having an established rapport involving sexual references, it isn't quite as creepy.. Thats just IMO tho.
