2. Was it targeted justice and violations of due process that might get someone to think that.

Would he be given a day in court, or a smear in the press.

Who knows what he did, or didn't, but why was he targeted has nothing to do with what he did.

It had to do with him being progressive.

They are separate topics.

There could be an issue about something he did or did not do.

But there is also an issue of using smears for targeted justice to steal free will by not informing the public, and instead using distractions by playing on faults of repressed feelings and desire to gossip.
