I have a new theory about Weiner
Edited on Mon Jun-06-11 07:18 PM by HipChick
He absolutely wanted to be caught..I can't even begin to understand how naive he was about sending pics/text that he KNOWS could be used against him..especially from people hiding behind the anonymity of an Twitter or Facebook account. I had him pegged for smarter, I really did...

1. Subconsciously, he probably did. He's not in denial anymore. That's for sure.

threatened by the right militia. Maybe he did this so they wouldn't kill his family. His support of healthcare for all makes him a big target.

But more likely he just acted dorky.

5. Whoa with all the armchair psychologists!
He's a guy. A previously dorky guy. Who now has power. That means he, his ego and "Little Anthony" were not thinking when they were getting all the attention from the media for being all 'Mavericky' and from the cute little college girls for being such a 'dreamy intellectual congressman' ... and unfortunately, as happens with guys, all that ego went to both heads and turned off the caution/ logic machine.

Simple as that.

6. You know, I wouldn't have done it in the first place.
I have no idea why Weiner did it in the first place. And why deny it then? And after a week of denials, suddenly admit it?

Makes no sense to me at all.

Maybe you're right; he just had some weird self-destructive urge to flame out.
