I don't want someone in the House that is so hung up over sex that

he puts pics of his privates, etc. on the net.

our country is in shambles and he spends TIME thinking/doing sexual stuff.

and now the House has to spend TIME talking about what to do about him.

he should have quit by now and taken his sick self home.

1. In 30 years...
Its gonna be hard to find a politician who DIDN'T put their privates on the net. This is a personal issue between him and his wife. I love his politics and that's what I vote on.

9. I doubt most of the world gives a shit.
They have breasts in TV commercials. Sex isn't taboo like it is here in this prudish fucking country.

29. You mentioned "the entire world"
And I'm telling you that the "entire world" doesn't really give a shit about this because in their country they are way more tolerant of their sexual-ness. Thats all, didn't think it was that complex.

2. Please. Everyone in Congress is driven by insatiable ambition.
It is completely understandable that sexual ego comes with that.

12. You misunderstood. Insatiable ambition is a pre-requisite.
It should be assumed, and is the case, that that ambition often comes with sexual ambition. It really shouldn't surprise anyone.

17. Honestly, though. In this society, could he have been honset and
weathered the storm?

I find nothing wrong with what he did. I don't like dishonesty, but I have to ask if there is any possibility he would have been given a pass if he had admitted to what gets him off and tried to move on?

7. It really doesn't matter
In the end, other than the lying, it's a private issue. You can bet your bottom dollar that many more in Congress do this, but are just more careful about it. If they do the job and follow the law, that's all I need to know.

18. Aw come on!
I am sorry, I do not consider myself a prude, but there are 535 people in Congress. They are, along with the President, Vice President, and the Supreme Court, the most powerful leaders in the free world. This guy has to go sending pictures of his junk around the net. He is not the only one, we had our closeted-gay Senator trolling for dates in the men's room, another Senator taking off his clothes for craiglist babes...these people are fucking stupid! I do not care if you want to be a philanderer, go for it if that is what makes you happy, but for God's sake, be smart about it. It is not his morality I question, it is his thought process. He is a dumbshit.

Sex is good. Pleasure is good. Racy pictures are good. It is prudish to think that certain people should not indulge their sexual interests, just because of their political positions.

He did not commit a crime in some public bathroom.

It's amazing how much Victorian England there is in our country. And that means we condemn it when we see it, but the same thing is happening in spades underneath the surface.

Let some sun shine in. It feels good.

32. "thinking/doing sexual stuff."...
Sex is a healthy, normal part of human behavior. I'd rather have representatives who engage in "thinking/doing sexual stuff" than a bunch of repressed prudes who'll release their tensions in far more destructive ways.

We're baby boomers and the idea of posting pics of our various parts across the globe does not appeal to us.

Seriously what's up with this?

There is no privacy on social media - why would anyone do this and believe it could remain private?
