here we go: nytimes - A Conservative Blogger Looks for Legitimacy

When Meagan Broussard asked one of her friends what she should do about an intimate online relationship she had been having with Representative Anthony D. Weiner, the friend, a Republican, told her to go to Andrew Breitbart.

Mr. Breitbart, a conservative blogger, has established his Web site, BigGovernment.com, as the place to go with juicy tidbits of a scandal in the making. On Monday, he claimed a moral victory after Mr. Weiner admitted that he had sent the suggestive photos that had been posted earlier on his site.

“I’m here for some vindication,” Mr. Breitbart said as he took to the lectern at Mr. Weiner’s own news conference.

But before vindication, he sought legitimacy from the same mainstream media he regularly assails. For the revelations about the congressman, Mr. Breitbart partnered with ABC News, which interviewed Ms. Broussard and published its own account of her relationship with Mr. Weiner, Democrat of New York.

1. Breitbart is a spirochete eating away inside the Body Politic's brain.

3. I'm still waiting to see how this plays out,
I was reading some of the tweets from the born free crew and it seems a web site called xxxprontalk is involved.

so I'm thinking Weiner was involved with a porntalk site and they got him in a sting...I'm real sorry Weiner was this stupid.

4. That implies that the women were in on the sting
There's no evidence of that... and attacking them would be unwise (to say the least).

5. I'm not attacking anyone

just said I'm waiting to see if this plays out into something bigger.

And on edit: The women did not have to be in on it. We already know that Stack moderated several porn sites...that's all that's needed to grab what they needed, the women wouldn't know anything.

6. The women don't need to know they're participating in a porn site?
How does that work?

I think the story is well past that possibility at this point.
