I see Dead Animals....
...Birds and fish and crabs. What I don't see is the supernatural. Instead I see global climate change claiming victims.

3. Dead birds, fish and crabs is more BP's forte'.....
...rather than a "supernatural's" bailiwick.

- I believe the almighty is sub-contracting His disasters out to the private sector nowadays.

6. Nothing to be concerned with, just move along. Others on the other hand may be concerned, but not

14. The gaping hole in your "instantaneous global and local news" theory
It's not like that in itself is anything new. Instantaneous global and local news (presumably you mean 24 hour news channels and the internet) has been available for several years now.

However...

7. I see people who are concerned, asking logical questions...
and, as is usually the case at a message board, being ridiculed. It's like an elementary school playground most of the time. :eyes:

I don't think there's anything paranormal going on, but I would like to know if this type of simultaneous occurrence of bird deaths (we know there are plenty of isolated instances) has been recorded before. We're familiar with large-scale fish kills, but the simultaneous (key word) nature of the bird deaths, combined with the other things being reported, does seem worth paying attention to and trying to find a common denominator.

The explanations given thus far are what is most alarming, in their obvious attempt to placate. I'd rather they say "we have no idea yet" than blame sudden bird deaths around the world on fireworks, when we have fireworks every year and this doesn't occur on this scale.

Again, it's not the isolated incidents being reported; it's the big picture. Has anyone determined whether this HAS happened before -- with multiple events in various countries --a nd we're just learning about it in real time now, making everything seem more unusual and "bigger"?

9. What did you expect...
God is displeased with the republicans winning the elections...

Just one question, why should the world be punished because enough insidiously stupid individuals voted right wing which resulted in the assclowns winning elections?
