Which do you care about more?

a) Total lack of self control/discipline/impulse control

b) Bad decision making skills - Choosing to do it in the first place or not

There is a subtle difference to me and I am bother more by the first. Especially since the photos continued even after the story had started to break.

had to realize there were a lot of people with a lot of money, specifically gunning for him. If exposed, any personal peccadilloes would be shouted from the rooftops of every media outlet they own, which is all of them. And what does he do? Just about the sloppiest, easily-exposed thing in the world-- with photographs and text records. Asinine doesn't cover it.

If a person wants to be a sort of face of the political left, they need to stop and ask themselves, "do I have more self-control than a 15 year old?", because if the answer is no, I'd prefer they stay away from the tv cameras.

I started out defending Weiner, and I still think this issue is best left to his wife and himself. But speaking as an activist, I'm annoyed.
