What is it good for?

Dumping Glenn Beck

Despite the fact that he has recently become one of America’s hottest talk radio hosts, it looks like Glenn Beck just wasn’t doing it for WOR radio in New York City.
The conservative radio host was recently dropped from the lineup at WOR, which is one of two major talk radio stations for New York, and the program director said that it was simply due to a ratings slide.

“The reason is ratings. Somewhat to our surprise, the show wasn’t getting what we wanted,” said Scott Lakefield, the program director. Beck will be replaced by Mike Gallagher, a well known character in the city. He will take over on January 17.

but Gallagher isn't the one getting all the attention and getting a big head about it. I hope this kicked Beck right in his ego. I don't listen to the radio (easy when you don't drive) but I'm sure it's a matter of crazy following crazier.

2. Maybe Glenn should do his show in Spanish, or Chinese.

He still wouldn't have the numbers, but it sure would be far more entertaining.
