My local chapter of ILR to hold a "No Labels" informational course in the spring.
ILR is the Institute for Learning in Retirement, an offshoot of Elderhostel. Members volunteer to teach a course in some area of expertise that they have, usually just 4 to 6 weeks long.

Being in the New Haven area, we have a relatively progressive elder population. I am pretty sure that this course will stick to facts and the No Labels "party" will be exposed for what it is. However, I'd like to suggest to whoever is holding the discussion some reading material.

Do you have some recommended background material I can put forward? Frank Rich's column in the NYT is one piece that I know of and one that has valuable information.

Anything else folks can suggest?
