Miss America Host Busted For Dine and Dash

Gary Collins, a TV personality best known for hosting the Miss America pageant, was arrested for 'dining and dashing.'

The Gary Collins dine and dash allegedly took place in Biloxi, Mississippi Tuesday. Collins reportedly tried to leave Jazzeppi's Restaurant without paying the $59.35 bill. Staff reportedly followed Collins into the parking lot and notified authorities.

The Gary Collins dine and dash could prove to be a costly mistake. In Mississippi, failure to pay a restaurant bill of more than $25 is considered a felony offense. ...........(more)

He's no Randy Quaid, at least not until he blames the "Hollywood Star Whackers" for the dash. Maybe they were waiting for him in the can and Collins figured this was his only chance at escape.
