The ratings for Beck are in the 5pm hour, where he beats Matthews on MSNBC by 2 to 1.

The ratings for Olbermann are in the 8pm hour, where he gets beat by O'Reilly on Fox by more than 2 to 1.

5-6pm total cable news viewers 25-54: 669,000

8-9pm total cable news viewers 25-54: 1,341,000

really ... didn't MSNBC (at the time, MSRNC) cut one of their better rated shows, mainly because the host might actually put some thinking persons on which might blow huge holes in Bush's war rhetoric of the time?

(I know, the whining mormon isn't on MSNBC, he's on Fox, but it's a good example of the "liberally-biased mainstream media's" tendency to go with reality ...)
