Discover Card delivers!

In checking my current purchases on line, I found a fraudulent charge from a California Apple Computer store for nearly $800. Discover's Fraud Dept. (based in Ohio, not India), immediately credited me for that amount, canceled my old card and will send me a new one. And this at 9 p.m. They're open 24/7, bless them!

You rarely find customer service like that anymore!

1. I've had that happen with them too...

And with the same results.

In fact, one time, they found the fraudulent charge, and contacted me.

It was all taken care of, and all is well!

I appreciate them.

5. They are great with this--I had $4000 worth of goods from several

different stores up and down the Eastern seaboard listed on my credit card bill one time, none of which was stuff I bought. You can imagine the heart attack I had when I opened the bill. They took care of it immediately.
