"The Democrats won a special election in New York State, in a heavily repubican district and got the banner headlines about Medicare vs Ryan vouchers, but could not sustain the good news because of Weiner. For three weeks, all they were asked to talk about was Weiner."

I said it a few days ago - the perfect job for this frat boy is as press spokesperson to george bush, another under qualified, right wing, asshat, sperm lottery winner.

5. Well I do feel sorry for all the young broadcasters ....
with talent that have missed a shot due to nepotism. Luke isn't very good.
I'm sure there is talent out there who are more deserving. Just sayin'.

But because of his daddy he goes to the front of the line-just like Liz Cheney or Mika Brezenski. That bothers a lot of people. I don't share the anger of the OP but I agree that Russert has NO business being treated as a serious journalist-its insulting to real journalists who have to work for a living.

That little turd Russert sets me off like no one else in the media, even the usual shrieking reichwing suspects, and for just the reasons you articulate. He belongs on the nightly news in Minot as the third-string sports reporter and would be there if not for his name.

8. We have this strange act performed by many in the M$M.
They 'act' as if the M$M is some other group and then rail against that group, all the while knowing they belong to the organization they protest about. Filthy RWing media whores at Foxnews started this and now every M$M 'pundit' is a lazy sack of shit that does it.
