So what do you all think about Al Zawahiri?
Or, do you think this guy is just funnin' the USA with is brand of terrorism? I mean he's been announced as the new head of Al Qaeda. Where do you think this will take us and the world. The guy has proven himself to be willing to deliver, although it has been said he is not very charismatic.

Al Quaeda's purpose is now in light of the Arab Spring. AQ's original purpose was to violently overthrow the autocrats. We happened to be a neat sideshow attraction for that. But now that secular, nonviolent political movements have taken hold.... he may have a real problem on his hands.

6. "Safe" in Egypt
No drones there, most likely.

Wonder if his exact location were known, if we would raid that country.

However, possibly not as powerful a figure as Bin Laden.

Other venues of terrorists may be more powerful -- Yemen etc.
