How will our military ever survive with these cuts?

Is the US trying to conquer the world, or does the whole world hate us? The US spends roughly one-half of all the military spending in the world, or essentially the equivalent of the military budgets of all the rest of the countries in the world! In comparison, China(the big threat) and Russia(the old boogeyman) combined spend roughly 10%. Johnnie may not be able to read, but he sure as hell will know his way around “black ops”.
