Poll question: At what point does a death threat become hate speech?
Edited on Fri Jun-17-11 06:35 PM by Very_Boring_Name
I'm curious to see where people would draw the line from a prosecutorial "death threat" to constitutionally protected "hate speech". I'll use hate speech against women as an example, but you could substitute pretty much anything (gays, blacks, jews, etc). Which of the following would you say comes the closest to a "death threat," but should still be legal to say.
