When the House gets around to voting on the debt ceiling
I think Democrats should sit it out. Let the republicans take all the credit for whatever happens.

2. I'm sorry in principal its a good idea
but the debt ceiling impacts not only the US economy but the world economy. It is just to important an issue to screw around with.

3. Republicans will raise the debt ceiling
Even they know the consequences if they don't. (But their dumbass constituents will still be pissed when they do.)
