let's have some truth...

3 votes represents just 11.5% of the current Blue Dog coalition, so 89.5% of them did not support this silly idea. I am willing to bet 11.5% of DU wants to repeal HCR judging by its lack of popularity here, albeit POSSIBLY for different reasons than Reps.

3 is relevant because Kissell is not a BD.

4. Let's see...Arkansas, Oklahoma, and North Carolina...hmmmmm
Edited on Fri Jan-07-11 01:42 PM by KansDem
Oh wait! Here it is:

For every dollar pain in taxes, each state got in federal programs (2005):

Arkansas: $1.41
Oklahoma: $1.36
North Carolina: $1.08

...so each got back more from the Feds than paid in taxes.

I wonder what their reasons were for voting against HCR? It certainly couldn't be because of bloated Federal spending...

6. Just because they have a D behind their name does not mean they are Democrats.
We got rid of our Blue Dawg DINO bullshit artist 2 months ago.
A vote against the people is a vote against the people, no matter what party they say they are with.

8. and what do these luminaries suggest? I know it isn't the public option. Do they want the
uninsured to have emergency room treatment only? Besides the morality question, do these IDIOTS even realize how costly that is?

Perhaps they believe there should be no treatment if they have no insurance, in which case in my view these people would be responsible for murder
