1. It might be the only time I'd ever agreed with him,
but way back when Poppy Bush was running against Reagan in the primaries, he called it "voodoo economics." No question, he was absolutely right about that.

The "trickle down" part of it means only that most of us get pissed on from a great height.

The specialty drink at the "Reagan Diaries" bar is the "trickle down." You get an empty glass and then you wait for the rich drunk guy next to you throw up into your glass.
