as long as you don't count Chile at 7.71, Hungary at 7.86, Russia at 10.56, Mexico at 18.42, the world-ruling Chinese at 20.25, Venezuela at 21.54 (Viva Chavez!!!!), Brazil at 22.58, Pakistan at 65.14, and the true #1, Angola at 180.21 (well the USA was close at 6.9, right? 6.9 is almost greater than 180.21). Yeah, the USA beat just 178 of 224 countries (if you call the Isle of Man a country), but we are the suckiest of the suckitude. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_infant_mortality_rate
