Stunning MA SJC decision on the validity of foreclosures

This is going to be an earthquake.

For months I have wondered how the banks were getting away with these foreclosures. I have worked with the Massachusetts Land Court and you will not find better, more intelligent, more consciencious judges anywhere. This is a major blow to these hungry, greedy banks and mortgage companies. This will have national import. The quiet little Land Court judges with their green eyeshades just won a major victory for the little guy and the law was entirely on their side.
