Sebelius' husband gets abortion case

Oh, what a wonderfully small world we live in.

The lawsuit brought to stop Kansas from imposing new rules on abortion clinics was assigned today to U.S. Magistrate Gary Sebelius for pre-trial proceedings, court records show.

Sound a little familiar? It should. Sebelius is the husband of Kathleen Sebelius, who vetoed a similar bill when she was Kansas governor.

Abortion opponents at Operation Rescue called on Sebelius to recuse himself.
