there was a time when government was functional. I still remember the day Katrina hit... and it hit me... we cannot do this alone.
I suspect when historians look at the end of Empire of the US... FUNCTIONALLY... Katrina will be that moment... I have been thinking about shit like this for the last week... and how my streets, for example, are falling appart.
