Have you ever posted at a RW website as a Tea Partier and bashed GOP?
I was reading that article posted by MrScorpio about the trolls that come to DU and start shit about Obama. Here's the article: http://readersupportednews.org/pm-section/78-78/5872-right-wing-sock-puppets-pretending-to-be-liberals-assault-progressive-websites

I am sure I am in the majority here. I don't have that kind of evil in me. I have never been to Freeperland and they can suck it, FWIW.
Why would I take time to go spin their heads when I can stay here and learn something?

Is it just part of the makeup of someone who hates Democrats to go that extra step and come here and act like they love Obama to see if they can start shit? Is it inborn? Is it eating too many paint chips as a child? Is it getting beat up on the playground and turning into the bully for life? Is it pulling off the fly's wings to exert ANY power they can?

I mean, who ARE these people? And, have YOU done it?

2. jeebus
just spend some time at Huff Po. I used to love that site, and now, perhaps because of the AOL buy-out, cannot stand to be there for more than a few seconds.

4. I have not done that.
I used to go to other sites to defend the Democratic point of view. It got old, because some of those sites and poorly moderated. And some of those people are impervious to reason. No matter how many links you post, they continue to lie, and to believe their own lies, in many cases. Some of them still believe Saddam had WMD!

I know many of them are paid to do this. I mean, it is sad if I cannot even go to Amazon to look for a book review without some asshole spewing his hate about liberals. I can't go chat about a TV show or movie on an entertainment site without some fool griping about the President. Don't they know that they are actually turning people off to their point of view by doing this? People scroll past their rants, and try to find the information they were seeking when they came to the website in in the first place.

I don't have time to go to places like that and behave like a thirteen year old. I come here, or go to news or government websites to get information. That takes enough time as it is. It is too bad we can no longer rely on the traditional media to provide us with accurate, fair synopses of the news. That would be a good jumping off point for more in-depth information. It would be nice if there was some real investigative journalism, too. Rolling Stone provides some, and so does The Nation.

I will spend my time looking for real information. Why should I argue with lunatics and suffer fools?

10. LOL, I just got done posting at a site where a rabid righty said Saddam had WMD's
because he gassed the Kurds. So I posted Reagan and Bush sold Saddam those WMD's and the Kurds were gassed during G HW Bushs term in office. So rabid rghty says see your a hypocrite, you said Saddam had WMD's, your just tring to Spin. I then posted facts to him about the mess Bush was guilty of, including the fact that UN inspectors had already reported that the gas was degraded and useless.

5. That is just a waste of time I think.
People catch on to whatever the true motive is with time.

No matter how they try to cover their tracks.. the hatred spills out around the edges, and you can begin to track them

6. Your last paragraph....
Apparently you misinterpreted the article. What is the strategic advantage of a RW'er posing as a Democrat on a Democratic board and supporting Democrats?

This contorted version makes no sense.

On the other hand, stirring discontent and demoralizing Democrats serves a useful purpose.

In answer to your question, no. However, if anyone is hiring, I could use the money.

7. Absolutely not.
What a waste of time & temper, my blood pressure could not stand to read that lying trash. I do read news sites occasionally, CNN, Huff, Daily Beast, OpedNews, Common Dreams. Don't read Kos or Daily DD anymore, unless linked there.

9. I once joined a Republican board to make THEM argue FOR big government.
It was really easy because Republicans love big government, they just think they don't love it.

12. I have been to rightwing boards and argued with them.
But they always knew I was 'liberal'. I could never pretend to be something I am not and besides, it doesn't work. They can spot pretenders, just like we can so it's a waste of time. I prefer to tell them outright how wrong they are in an honest way. I have never posted on FR, I would not last beyond the first post there as they instantly ban people who even sound like they might once have had a progressive thought.
