5. You know, unless the DHS is really incompetent
(and I don't rule that out) They should already be aware of what Rupert and Co. have been doing. Certainly it looks like Scotland Yard has known all along. So DHS are complicit as well. That is why we likely won't see anything other than a perfunctory 'investigation'
